The U.S.– India Standards and Conformance Cooperation Program (SCCP) Phase II is a comprehensive project
providing technical assistance to facilitate interaction and engagement between the public and private-sectors in
the United States and India to increase cooperation in the areas of standards, conformity assessment, and technical
regulations in three identified sectors: smart and sustainable cities, water and sanitation, and clean energy.

a forum through which industry and government representatives from the U.S. and Sub-Saharan Africa can cooperate on issues relating to standards, conformity assessment, and technical regulations for clean
energy technologies.
