Sponsored by the U.S. Trade Development Agency (USTDA) and coordinated by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) in partnership with Power Africa, the U.S.- Africa Clean Energy Standards Program (CESP) provides a forum through which industry and government representatives from the U.S. and Sub-Saharan Africa can cooperate on issues relating to standards, conformity assessment, and technical regulations for clean energy technologies.
